Our mother “Chef Shahin” is a private chef and has been catering large events for years in hopes of one day opening her own restaurant. That day has finally come and we are ecstatic to be in such a warm and welcoming town. My parents are reinventing the wheel on traditional Persian food because they have lived and traveled all over the world. We will be making Modern Persian Cuisine with Middle-terranean influence!
